TR2/3/3A "wind wings" TR3A

Not much to tell....was in the moment of enjoying the purr of the motor and the beautiful PA mountain scenery when I caught the flash of sun off chrome as it hurtled toward me at 60. A slight but responsive move to the right avoided contact as I heard the sound of breaking glass as it hit the pavement next to the car.

You're too modest.

I've got pictures of my bar end mirrors, but I can't get them into the post. Here's another solution.

Thanks. Where did you get those? I don't see them on Moss or VB or TRF sites. It's much less "intrusive" than a hole in the fender/wing, and more secure than a clamp on attachment.

Tom
I don't remember specifically, but I googled "motorcycle bar end mirror". I think it was less than $30 for a pair. You will have to cut down the stub that goes into the handlebar so that it fits into the windshield mount, and get a longer bolt.

TeeYah has Dzus fasteners, not screws, so I don't know if Tom can make this work or not. Hmmm...

Aircraft Spruce & Specialty for a long grip length Dzus???

I've ordered about a thousand items from Aircraft Spruce over the years, but never a long reach Dzus. If they don't have it, I don't know who would.

I believe what you should lokk at is here https://texautomotive.com/classic_exterior_mirrors.html

Toward the bottom of the page there are mirrors that will attach to the tenon plate of the windscreen. I have the spring loaded fender mirrors.

Nice selection but are they for sale? I couldn't find prices or 'order now' etc on either this mirror page or via the home page.

How does one buy from them (or are they just a manufacturer?

Some of the bugeye guys have used a Harley Davidson mirror.

Dave - thanks. My car never had the mirrors re-installed after the bodywork and paint; the mount holes were filled in and painted over. I'm really reluctant to punch holes in the wings again.

I'm going to try the 165-175 clip-on from Moss:
