Here it is, my wife's new TR3A. Of course, she's only been able to drive it once since I have to make sure it's safe for her to drive more /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

So far we've found lots of litts bits missing. It is a Calif black plate car that had an amateur restore done and had quite a few extra parts left over that we didn't get.
Real happy with the condition of the body and chassis. Floors and trunk have a few small holes but minor, seats need new covers, etc. We put on Minilites and 205/60*15 Yokohamas that I had on my 4A project chassis. Has negative ground and electric fan, heater with fan, TR4 tranny with synchro. It was missing the fan shroud so I ordered one from VB and a yellow fan from TRF to fix the overheating. Engine is strong after I disassembled and cleaned the carbs, built a proper dizzy from my spares and did tune up. Runs cooler since the tune up too!

Projects for the winter are SS exhaust, Toyota 5-speed (already have the kit & tranny).

NEED PARTS if you have them email me please. We need 1) high note horn, 2) short shifter handle, 3) both heater hose bulkhead fittings.

Nice TR3!

I know the feeling of getting a 3 and trying to figure out how to make it more original looking/feeling. There are a ton of bits to replace on this '59 I just got, plus a lot of tinkering ahead. Of course, that's part of the fun.
