I've decided to replace my (no longer 100% trustworthy) 20 year old RadioShack $9.95 Micronta volt/ohm meter. Geez - $9.95 and it only lasts 20 years? What ever happened to quality? /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif
What do you guys use for electronics work?
I do car electrical and home electronics (small radios, components, PCBs, etc.)
I want digital, relatively small, voltage 0-250, AC/DC, resistance with audible signal, amperage, and if possible rpm (on a spinning object - not engine "ignition" rpm). Like putting a white tab on an axle, pointing the meter toward it, and reading the rpm as the axle turns.
Any suggestions?
thanks.
Tom
