I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A VERY LONG TIME TO PURCHASE JUST THE PUSHROD ON THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER. I OWN A '71 TR-6 AND HAVE REBUILT THE M/C AND IT WORKS FINE; THE PUSHROD HAS TOO MUCH PLAY FROM THE HOLE BEING ELONGATED ALL THESE YEARS OF USE. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO PURCHASE JUST THE PUSHROD?

THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP,

HANS

Try BPNW. I looked at their site the other day, and thought I saw it there. I know they do have the adjustable ones for the slave cylinder.

If all else fails head for a wrecking yard and get one off a Honda Accord, anywhere between 79-92 all use basically the same pushrod(which adjusts) which is a replacement for 6's.

I know I've put em in two different 6's.

Or drill it and bush it back to original size.....

The sides are a bit narrow for that, I had both the brake and clutch pushrod holes welded up and then re drilled. Just like new.

Use flanged bushings, plenty of room for that. I have tried the " weld up the hole and re-drill" before, and due to the softer metal of the welding rod, the holes seemed to elongate again quite fast......
