We're having BBQ country style ribs (boneless boston butt strips), with homemade BBQ sauce, baked beans and pan-fried potatoes. Smells amazing here!!! Dinner's ready in about 5 minutes. Anyway...

Grilled salmon with fresh dill.
Avocado, lemon and tomato on couscous.
Cheesecake.
Cold cider.

No Dixie Beer, but we do have some Coronas on hand. :smirk:
 
Italian night.

Chicken parm with light cheese, ziti, salad and fresh baked bread with olive oil.
 
Old son has come to town to pick up some more furniture. He was asking about cooking tips, so I had him make dinner...spaghetti (from scratch not that canned stuff) Stood by while he browned the meat and sauteed the veggies. He did an admirable job. He'll make a great husband some day!
 
Actually we made meat balls...Italian sausage and ground beef.

Not in Rhode Island, Bill. That's why I had chicken. In season 12 months out of the year.
