It looks like an aftermarket manifold that uses two two-barrel carburetors.

Has anyone seen these before?

Look in the "additional photos" section.
 
Those are Webers.
Or, old Pinto Ford carbs.

Don't know if I like that.
Down draft, side draft, updraft, angle draft.....see the adaptor from the head to the cast mount?

Doesn't look too hot on the front of #1 runner.

I could not remember where I had seen that carb before. I had a Vega back when they were new and it had a weber simular to that on it.

I looks like the site you linked to wants about $1250 USD for the setup.
 
And it specifies for a 6-cylinder engine....

I really don't like the external looks of the flow pattern.
Probably bench flow tested just fine, but downdraft into a puddle...across, up, then angled down into the heads.

Sure looks like it would be hard to keep the fuel in suspension.

The side-draft versions look like a much better flow path.
 
Looks like the bonnet and trunk lid are mismatched for that car. I don't see the raised plinths for the hinges.
