What foods do you abhor, and why.............

Menudo, Tripas, Sweetbread, Liver, Or any organ meat, Octopus, Any kind of sushi,
And the list goes on and on, these are the top few.
Has to do with Texture or taste or both. I also hate homemade chicken soup if it has the skeletal pieces in it!
Detest over cooked over easy eggs! Eg you sear steaks not eggs!!!

Beef liver will turn tough on you in a second. It's calf liver you want to cook. Yummmm.

Or chicken. Beef has nasty tough veins in it and is only good for being ground up into chopped liver, and chicken livers are better there also.

It tatses about like any other dirty filter would.

Uh, that would also apply to oysters and catfish (except Gujon).
agreed... Tried cattail root stew once cause we heard it was a decent tasting survival food.
Nope...tasted like the muck off the bottom of the pond.
