Same philosophy here. Charcoal's cheap, the Weber gets used nearly year-round. Beef, pork or chicken. I'll smoke a rack of ribs on occasion as well.

With twin 45-DCOE's on a TR-3a, I would think you'd have to dampen down the flue so much about the only thing you could cook would be a couple hot dogs... :devilgrin:

I just remember seeing it. I'm not sure where I first saw it, but I think it was Playboy.
