I did that just two weeks ago. Have the belt installed but haven't gotten back to digitizing an album. The vinyl is under a heavy book learning to be straight.

I just listened to Marc Cohn's, "Silver Thunderbird",
what a tune:

"Man it looked just like the bat mobile
with my old man behind the wheel"

great song.

Great indeed! Never heard that one before; my dad would've loved it - thanks, Guy!

This mornings job was to digitize The Supremes A Go-Go for a friend. From 1966. He found it for 99 cents at a junk shop. Was in a pretty poor condition so it took a while to do. Turned out ok. He also has a Cactus album for me to do but running outta time this morning messing with the Supremes album.

Before Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young...

Stills and Young were doing this - forgot about this song until just now:

you familiar with Cohn's work?

his "Walking in Memphis" tune is probably his best known.

what a great voice, M
smooth and never off key.

Oh, yeah - I know that one. Just didn't recognize the name.

While on youtube saw this song "Chirpy Chirpy,Cheep Cheep" -
never knew it by that name.Weird title, but not a bad song.

I went to see Rick Wakeman a few months ago doing his standup and Piano routine. A very talented and funny man. Hadn't laughed so much for years.

Watching some of the video of him playing his finger movement is amazing. They seem to take on a life of their own.
