So I just learned, quite by accident, that Verizon is blocking emails from my site. This means, than when someone registered here and they have a Verizon email address, they do Not get the notification email telling them that their account is approved. Similarly, if a Verizon customer try to request a password reset, they will NOT receive the reset email. I have worked Smith my server management team to ensure my email system on this site is is great shape as far as spam goes.
There is not valid reason for them to be blocking me!
When I try to ask them to Whitelist me using their online "Whitelist" form, they always reply with the same canned response that they are denying my request, but they don't tell me specifically why! They just give me a list of things it could be, but all the things in their list check out good.
There is apparently no way to contact any kind of help unless you are a Verizon customer - which I am not. This is extremely frustrating! The only way I can contact them is through their online Whitelist form, but they just keep sending me the same canned reply and NO specific info as to what the problem is!
