Vendor rant

Well, I guess I'm going to have to find something new to gripe about. Moss just sent me an email saying my other leaf spring has shipped out of their NJ warehouse. Excellent!

Of course, I didn't mention before that to save a few bucks I split my order up between Moss, TRF, BPNW, and VicBrit - that might give me some future gripe running room!

My favorite Moss story involves the Stromberg mixture screw. Unless it has changed recently , the needle locking screw 366-035 is always on the west coast and the retaining clip 365-395 is always on the east coast. (you almost always use these parts together) Now I just order a few years supply at a time. I've been a Moss/Nisonger reseller since the early eighties and used to keep a log on stories like this but the file got too thick. I have enough irritations from just last week to start a good rant of my own.
