Along with all of the previous advice, I would replace the rubber boots on the half shaft sliding joints, and have the prop shaft balanced. It shouldn't cost much (I think about $20 when I had mine done a few years ago).
Also a good time to check the diff mounts, trailing arm mounts, the rear hubs, and rear brakes.
Make sure you use new (special, thin) nyloc nuts AND Loctite, or look into some of the all-metal locknuts when you re-install the parts.
