I man looked out of his office building window at 9 am and saw two blond guys working in the median of the road. The first guy would dig a very large deep hole and when finished move twelve feed down and start another. The second guy was coming behind him and filling the holes back up.
He notice these guys working hard all morning.
Puzzled, at lunch time he went down to the road, crossed to the median and asked the men what they were doing.
"Well, we do this everyday, as part of the city beautification project. Normally, there are three of us, but Fred, the middle guy who puts the trees in the hole, is on vacation....neither of us have any vacation time left."
