In Manchester, it's definately a puddle of water.bugimike said:Is that a puddle of water or sump oil by the curb in the bollards clip? /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crazyeyes.gif
Yep....I kinda figured I wasn't getting the whole story.Steve said:As for the "bit extreme" part, people can see that it's for buses or official vehicles only, but rather than take the proper route, they try to cut corners and go through immediately after an approved vehicle. There is even a flashing sign there telling them not to do it!
I found it funny, and I have absolutely no sympathy whatsoever! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

perhaps i should re-phrase, there not being complied with! i cant believe there are still people that are not able to realize the advantages of this device. most people dont need to have a police man looking down at them to use their seat belt. is that the only time people in the u.k. fallow traffic regulations when the bobbys are around?

Pretty much, yes! I am generalising I know, but a lot of people just don't bother, or think that they know better. A stubborn race, sometimes to our own detriment. There are times when it comes in useful though. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif
