Wedge TR8 light wiring

I am the first one to admit I am figuring that out one swap at a time. I can see there are at 2 different types, 4 prong and 5 prong. That is the limit of knowledge of the relays, and the ones with 4 prongs go into the sockets with four connectors. I am looking for any ideas at all here. Now my car has my garage smelling like fumes, and it was last driven last night

Relays don't always work the same way.
one 5 prong won't necessarily work the same way as another.
Sound like your car is putting up a good stink :jester:

Your taunts are hurting my feelings! I have determined the 8 will stay outside (rainy days excluded). The good news is the 8 is running great and the roll bar really stiffened up the body twistunder acceleration

Is it fuel, unburned or burned,
burnt oil...

I smells like fuel, burnt. I left the car sit out side for a few hours and, as usual, pushed into the garage

I fixed the side lights, a connector was rubbing on the body. Back to the head lights and the new exhaust smell. The car is sitting out side tonight
