TR4/4A TR4 &4A transmission counterweight?

Not sure if they really needed it or not; but it was supposedly added to suppress an annoying buzz from the gearshift lever.

I left it off when I installed a TR4 OD & gearbox in a previous TR3A, didn't seem to make any difference.
