TR2/3/3A tr3a wire wheel help

I'd call a vendor to check or look at a catalogue. If they have different order numbers chances are they are unique to the mark.
 
I don't think MGB's used "adapters". The wire wheel hubs are specific to the axles while TR's did use bolt on "adapters".
Unless your MGB somewhere/sometime did get some adapters bolted to its steel wheel axles without screwing up the offset geometry.

Even if it were the latter... I believe that MGB's and TR's are different bolt patterns so if they are adapters bolted to the MGB, they won't fit your TR.
 
MGB W/W hubs are press fit to the rear axles and made into the front assy. Someone could have put put TR w/w adapters on the MG. Bolt patterns are the same. Many years ago I used TR3 w/w adapters to put w/wheels on a MGA. I have several TR w/w adapters set if any one is interested.
