Folks,
I am in the midst of re-falling in love with my 1959 TR3A now that the children have gotten older. Have recently worked through a number of issues (overdrive set-up, windshield installation, valve timing, pertronix installation, etc.) and am just now getting a chance to get out and drive on the weekends ("Butt cold" by Northern California standards, i.e. in the high 20s, but pretty wimpy to most). I am having a curious problem with braking. At speed the car will pull sharply to the right. I don't notice it when going slowly but at speed it can be very worrying. My first thought was that the driver's side front brake (the left) was not working but when up on jackstands all brakes appeared to engage, i.e. one of the kids would stand on the brake and I could not move any of the tires. I do not think it is the fact that I recently moved to silicone brake fluid as the symptoms were the same before and after. The system has been well bled. Any suggestions as to what I should look at next?
Thanks Much,
Mike
