TR2/3/3A TR3A harness route

Ok, I will wear the dunce cap today. I took many under bonnet pics of harness connecting points but failed to make note of how it physically traveled through the car. And, My one year off the road turned into 5 and I am too old to remember that far back.

Now that the family is healthy again, I am putting her back together.

Can someone give me a brief Point A to Point B of how it travels.

- From rear to front does it travel around floor of boot or hidden near top of rear apron?

- does it run along passenger door or along trans tunnel?

My understanding is:

-- floor of the boot, righthand side, will be sort of hidden under the mat

-- along the passenger door (sill) under the carpet

You may find metal tabs one or both places for holding it in place.
 
:iagree: Being under the carpet was kind of hard on the original cloth outer wrap, so I added some sleeving through the passenger compartment on my TR3A.

Keith, your pictures couldn't have been more timely for me, and I' sure others. I'm putting my harness in starting today and while I had some vague idea of how it goes the pictures are immensly helpful.

Ditto for me.
The pics were a big help. And, I like the idea of using a sleeve for the portion of cloth harness.
I had been thinking of using the waterproofing spray I use for my backpacking stuff.
