Is it better to attach the choke cable with the jet levers is the "fully choked" position (that is, pulled back as far as they go), with the choke knob pulled out to the fullest extent from the dash, or with the jet levers closed (pushed all the way forward) and the knob pushed in?
I've also heard that you should put a deliberate twist in the cable as you fix it to the carb in order to force the knob anti-clockwise, otherwise it will not stay at the "click" positions.
