A few years ago when the new mid-engine Corvette came out, I ordered one. When I actually saw one in person, I was amazed at how big it was. The rear end is wider than my 3/4 ton truck! I cancelled the Corvette order and bought a used Porsche Cayman S. I love that car and I hope that they never get fat like the Corvettes and 911's did.
 
I usually put something where I'm sure I'll find it when I need it,
& then spend 1/2 hour looking for it when I'm going to use it.
 
I asked one of the young guys at work what he thinks of the latest Corvette. His reply:
