I'm one of those weird people who actually loves Kale. My mom used to make Kale and Potatoes and you would squeeze fresh lemon over the top.
I have recently learned to like kale as well. Kenji Lopez-Alt has some great recipes; two of my favorites are beef and kale stew, and kale salad (you have to message the kale with oil to tenderize it.)I'm one of those weird people who actually loves Kale. Agree, but have you tried kale chips? Remove any big stems, lay the leaves out on a baking sheet and spray with olive oil (don't soak them until they're dripping, just lightly coat them). Salt & pepper (use more salt than you think you need), then roast somewhere between 300-350F for something like 20-30 minutes.I've tried kale a couple of times and it is not one of the greens I enjoy that much. I'll eat mustard greens or collard greens any day of the week, kale just doesn't do it for me.
We have a special forum here called, "FORUM Navigation Videos" in which I have posted a plethora of "how-to" videos. The second post in that forum is "Posting Pictures on BCF". This should help:ps can someone explain how you get pictures in the body of the post and not as an attachment ?
