It is from Eastwood and works for years on your exhaust manifold. Comes in Gray, silver, etc.

Noticed it first at a car show.

Factory Gray Hi-Temp Coating 11.75oz aerosol
Now the same great 1200 degree performance of our original High Temp Manifold Coating is available in convenient aerosol packaging. Each can is sufficient to coat 2 standard cast iron manifolds or about 6 square feet. 2 cans recommended for header systems. Click Here For Tech Tips Do you have a product ... $15.99
Item No. 10395 Z

Oreillys stock a good pile of high temp paints....
i used the 600(?) degree on my motor,...looks good...z

I've tried it all, from the Eastwood Header paint, to the duplicolor High Temp paint, etc, etc. No matter how well I blasted and cleaned my cast iron headers, rust flecks would appear.

Finally, I bit the bullet and jet coated my exhaust and intake manifolds! Beautiful.

Jet coated?

Here's a photo. You can get it in grey too. I went for the ultra bling silver!

What kind of exhaust manifold is that? Mine doesn't look like that. You got a split manifold

That's an MGB Engine.

how much does that jet hot sterling silver cost?
i might wanna check it out as it looks like chrome....zimmy

As I recall for the intake and exhaust manifolds it was $200ish.

But the engine bay temps are much much cooler. You could practically touch the header.

Jack

I tried this stuff and wasn't very happy with the results. No matter how much I shook the can it still didn't mix well and it was runny.
