With limited time and space, along with other considerations, the wife and I have discussed the possibility of selling our TR-3B, (68K miles, matching numbers verified by the British Motor Heritage Trust, together and running, but will need to restored eventually, but not in bad condition, not a parts car for sure), and getting a 1500 Spitfire thats overall in better condition and only needing some minor repairs. I've been accumulating spare parts over several years, (spare short block, couple transmissions, head, front suspension parts, etc.), that would go along with the deal. The wife likes the more modern comforts of the Spitfire, and next to the TR-3, the Spitfire has long been a favorite design to me. I posted some pictures of our TR-3 in my profile section.
