The Priest's Bugeye needs a Ride

What's the current status of this?

The Holy Spirite now has a VIN plate, a Heritage certificate and will have CA pink slip before next week passes. In other words, it will soon be ready to begin its sojourn. Many folks stepped up to volunteer for various portions of the transport. The first leg from Davis to/near/over the Rockies is not spoken for. There is one offer to go "all the way" if a gas fund is created, and an ultimate "Plan B" where a Claricci associate drags it from the CA/OR border all the way. For that plan, I suck it up borrow a truck and trailer and eat the cost just to get my car building space back for the Morris truck project. That plan won't happen until late in the year and leaves Frank spraying paint in the damp of winter and me stashing Morris parts in every corner of the house and yard.

Is there anyone here that knows someone associated with an auto transport company that can spin this tale with three-part harmony and get a comped coast to coast ride for a kind mention in all future magazine articles sure to follow?

I won't drive it but i can help put up some $$$ for gas for those who do..

Just an idea....contact the people at Team Sprite. They had many things donated and may have contacts. I'd offer but something like this is best done first person, I'd just get in the way.
