About 20 years ago I was mowing my lawn with a very sick 12 hp Briggs and Stratton engine. I heard a โ€œpopโ€ and felt something โ€œhotโ€ fly by my head and the engine quit.
Upon inspection I found a piece of the block broke loose and went airborne. Incoming!

The valves will stay much cooler with that mod!
