The fish are attracted by the outboard engine prop noise.
The silver carp are a pest and quickly push out native
fish. I believe they were imported years ago in a failed
attempt to grown them in farm ponds.

I vote with Ray on this'n. Quarter-sticks. Then just scoop 'em up. :devilgrin:

I wouldn't expect 'em to be very tasty fish or there'd be folks out there with nets. The things are pests, cyprinidae. IIRC.
