How to remove a lot of rattlecan primer greay.

Hairspray, lots of it, and a Scotchbrite.

Don't ask me how I know or where the paint was.

Where was this primer and how did you learn of this tip Miss Bird? hehe.

Only a woman.......

Care to finish that thought Mr. Barnhill?

The primer WAS in a rattlecan...until it was on my face, my glasses, in my hair and all over my hands and nails.

I'll add that it was clearly a right-handed rattlecan.

Paint thinner works great for removing rattlecan primer....wonder if hair spray contains the same chemcals

...would have "lots of" hair spray & Scotchbrite pads handy.

Go-Jo and said Scotchbrite pad work as well if administered quickly for the same affliction... I know these things.

Could be smart enough to find a way to get that off so quickly.

I had a tiny one ounce jar of lacquer thinner & brush cleaner. I couldn't find any paint thinner/remover. Go Jo (or Chuck's industrial equivalent) didn't phase the stuff. Neither did alcohol, Comet, fingernail polish remover.

I'm ignoring that clearly chauvinistic remark Tony my man. I know you're not a knuckledragger.

A) FYI, the hairspray was Rave, pump bottle, belonging to CHUCK, not me.
B) The scotchbrite wasn't in the kitchen, it was in the garage where I was using it on CAR parts.

Doc, I still have speckles of greay in my hair. I keep finding it. Bloody nozzle thing is cockeyed or something. I think I have it forward and oops. Nearly did it a few more times. Has some sort of funky valve on it to 'reduce finger fatigue' according to the label.

Thank ya Paul. I'll refrain from thumping you for anything tonight.

Janel - something just came through the internet & commandeered my keybard so the keys my fingers pushed weren't the ones that made the letters...

..hehehehehe....neat tip though

~snort~ Tony Tony Tony...didn't your momma ever tell you that you'll go to L for lying. Especially to a sweet, demure lil thing like me.
~bats eyes, fans herself, smiles shyly~

...and I don't have HAIR, so no advice on that front from ME! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devilgrin.gif

Puts feet up on desk.

Gotta try something to get out of my momentary lapse into stupidity! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/square.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif

I'm sure it was purely accidental Tony...Just don't ever let it happen again when I'm around.
/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nonono.gif

I've noticed that I really like using ... a lot. Asperands? I forget what they're called.
