What? No bacalau (salt cod fried in olive oil) and migas (bread fried in the skillet liquor from the bacalau)? We had this every Christmas morning. I thought that it was a Portugese tradition because of the spelling. My father made it even though he was born in Spain. I got really sick from it one Christmas.

Smoked Ham
Sweet Potato casserole
Green Bean casserole
English Peas
Oh, almost forgot the dressing
Yeast rolls
Pecan Pie (NOT THAT STORE BOUGHT STUFF)
Chocolate Pie (SEE ABOVE)
Sweet Potato Pie (YOU KNOW)
and to top it all off, a gallon of sweet tea.
I love Thanksgiving. I like it more than all the other holidays combined. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif
