Keoke how you boys out there on the left coast know anything about cooking collards and mustard. Lynne would rather I bring her home a nice bouquet of collards than a dozen roses.

Well thats OK bout them collards ,just don't pick em from the side of the road. All the old folks from:Alabama, Lousyanna,Mississippi,Tennessee and Virginia.
Im thinking though I just might fix some pig feet and tails simmered in tomatoe sauce with chopped onion, bell pepper n garlic. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif but 'im' really a /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cowboy.gif N real men cook!---Keoke

Don't know if anyone else has piped-in here about the $132K BJ8 at this year's B.J. auction, but here's the scoop.
It was a Kurt Tanner restoration. Good, but not great by any means. Kurt has done world-class work, but this one was an 8 on a 10 scale. Panel fit was very average at best. Paint was supurb as was the interior and engine room.
Remember last year when the guy in the Ferrari hat bought the Olds concept car for $3 million?
Well, he bought the BJ8 for his girlfriend, and just bid until he won!
Then again, I've got a Tom Kovacs car, so I'm probably biased. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
