STOP!! Never post your email address in open forums. Bots can "harvest" your email! If you must share your email use a Private Message or use the 
smilie in place of the real @

Go to the FAQ above and look under "How do I add an image to my message". It has detailed instructions on adding a signature to the personal preference area. For a custom avitar the instructions are the same but you don't need the "image" in bracket code before and after the web address ... just the web address. Ask if you run into any problems.
