My TF has a fitting on the rack where I can fill it with a gun. The wifes B doesn't have that fitting and as I remember it was a mess putting oil in it. Anyone discover a non messy way of filling one of these on a B? PJ
Unscrew the fitting and pump the oil in? Make a dedicated oil-gun... OR use JD Cornhead grease. I've followed that discussion for a couple of years. Started using it myself this summer. Neat stuff.
Thanks Doc, that's what I wanted to know. Much appreciated. Last time I put oil in it was back in 05 when I restored the car and since then one of the bellows leaked. The old brain has gone numb, amongst other things and I couldn't remember how I did it. PJ
