Steering box cam problem!

After I dissassembled the steering box on my 64 BJ8 I noticed that the cam bearing races on both ends were pitted which made the rotation of the shaft feel rough. The bearings both look good. Has anyone found a good repair for this problem? Thanks again!

OH, just go to a bicycle shop-Just kidding John. I got them from the usual suspects so I would contact Healey Surgeons for them as well as Sports and Classics.---Fwiw---Keoke
