Wondering if its possible to redye carpets red that have turned orange and what to use? Any info appreciated.

Thanks, Kurt.

Sem Color Coat Aerosols. Couple of shades of red available, maybe do a test on a part of the carpet under the seat etc to see if it matches.

You wouldn't want to just buy new ones?

Perhaps new would be best but I'd kind of like to be able to say its all original.
I'll check out the suggestions!

Thanks.
kurt.

Ray, do you have personal experience with stockinteriors?

Kurt.

Kurt, I used a Stock Carpet kit for mine and am pleased with the results - especially considering the price. I went for the loop pile (not cut) as it is more of a retro look.

Looks very nice JP, I'll keep them in mind. The Sprite is a next project after the Midget I'm trying to get ready for 'Midget 50'.

Only in my dreams sadly - custom shift knob and 1500's reverse is up and to the right.

I bought from them by the yard then had the carpet cut locally. In hindsight I should have bought the pre-cut set from them. Nice quality carpet. Their 815 Red is a good match to Cherry Red.
