Apparently built on a Bugeye chassis in the '60s. Body is fiberglass.
Built by John Hile in Australia. Unknown if it still exists. A bit "flamboyant" like a Daimler Dart, but not too bad. <p>

Not sure where you found these, but this was part of my previous version web site. Never got around to migrating this over.

"The car was built by John Hile in Toowoomba and sold to a gentleman in 1962 or 63. The man who bought it would have bought it through a car company 'Howards' in Toowoomba. The most I know is this man came from Victoria and also owned a property in Goombungee, west of Toowoomba.

Have you seen this car? Anthony Schmidt is searching for a Austin Healey Sprite his father-in-law modified in the early 60's. The car was made on a chassis and engine of the Sprite, but he built a fibreglass body around tubular steel."

"Anthony is trying to find out if the car still exists or has gone to where all good cars go. If you know of this car or its whereabouts please contact: Anthony Schmidt or phone 0412214724 anytime"
