What can I use that's free to get my photo's small enough to post on the site??

Something easy please, just need to shrink em.

I have several photo editors including the "high end" ones
One FREE one I use and like very much is INFRANVIEW. It is user friendly and has some real nice options such as the slide show feature. Check it out here https://www.irfanview.com/

go to cnet.com and search for jpeg resizers and they should have a few good options. I've been using batch image resizer for doing batches of photos for the web.
 
I've got lots of good suggestions for the Mac, but that's not too helpful here, I'm sure. Seem to remember that Google might have one as well somewhere.

I seem to remember the the MS paint program will do some basic resizing, but can't really remember.
 
...I shoulda thought of irfanview... a friend told me of it not two weeks ago.

Infranview is a good un, specially for Ppl like me. Just enough bells and whistles to get you by but not enough to dumbfound ya!
