Trying to sort out Weber DGV issues added header 4 to 2 to 1 running rich looking for any advice engine has flat top pistons car runs great but plugs show rich after changing exhaust Thanks in advance

Is this a car you've had a while or is it new? What year?
 
I have had it 6 years 1979 converted to chrome bumpers I bought it with the body painted owner ran out of money , I put it back together wireing, dash seats all for corners change the rear ended ratio to 3.7 and the list goes on. Thanks for the comments
