Peter the Parts Pimp has adjustable lever action shocks....

FYI
NFI
YMMV
etc.

Does that demonstrate your opinion of the kit?

the rebound for what ever reason, only a engineer might know, just plain doesn't work. The ONLY one is the OEM Armstrong with the proper length link. Of course, some racers out there have their secret setup but for the rest of us stay OEM.

Peter Caldwell is making Adjustable Shocks using the stock Shocks and then making them adjustable like the very rare Armstrong 22's Peter Caldwell adjustable shocks

HI
Thanks for all the help
i will stay with OEM
Now how can I tell if they are not working?

The standard test will tell you if they need to be looked after. Push down on one corner of the car at a time and let go. If it cycles more than 2 two times, they're no longer functional. Take them off and send them to PPP. (NOS Imports) and let him do his thing. You'll never regret it afterwards. Never.

NFI
YMMV
IMHO
etc.

with 1/4 epileptic rear springs that test does not work
The fronts are ok
I guess i will need to remove them and see how they feel

If there are any signs of lekage send them off to Peter C. He is the absolute master of rebuilding Lever Shocks. He and only he knows the special secret to make these better than new from the factory.

NFI just a very satisfied customer of Peter for the past 12 years.
