Space Jump Live Stream

I had to head to church when he was at about 117,000 ft, so set it to record. Just finished watching. Man, I can't imagine going over 700MPH without a plane! We got to see history made!

I missed everything!

Just catching up on what happened today... Went to church (hadn't heard anything about an attempt today), after church went for a walk (yeah, having a real life
grin.gif
) and I'm not very wired unlike some people I know, at least I got to watch the guy live on TV crossing Niagara Falls a few weeks ago...

Indeed. But I gotta say: That's NUTS!!!

When he started spinning I had to look away until I heard "stable" mentioned.

*sheesh* 70,000 feet, no airframe, 700+ MPH, and SPINNING!!!

...then he STEPS onto terra firma like he just walked off the escalator...

I loved watching that overhead camera has he dropped away and became a tiny speck (before they switched to the ground-based cameras).

Never heard if his visor badly fogged in the cold stretch of the fall.

I wish we still had our manned space program at NASA.

I saw it on tv this morning a really amazing feat.
