I plan on going to the show in Greer, What is the date again? There is a show here in Hendersonville called autum in the mounains that is this weekend but I will be on night shift for the next week at least.
Euro Auto Festival is October 17-19, with show day being Saturday the 18th, fiquire we always have a 100+ British cars in Euro. I have my 67 MGB GT in the show, and be vending for Superlite Wheels. If any of you all are staying or visting the host hotel, Spartanburg Marriott, then be sure to visit the BASF hospitality suite for free booze and eats, Mary Jane and myself will be heading that up this year.
Anther thing I suggest you get in on at Euro is the BMW Performance Center, for a $25 donation you can do a variety of perfomance event in new BMWs, the Rat Race is my favortie, hope you don't draw me as competitor

PC events normally sell out, so it's a good idea to sign up early, shuttle will transport to and from the show filed to the PC.
WWNCBCC's Autiumn in the Mountain is next Saturday the 27th, it was originally planned for the weekend after that but had to be resheduled to a change in venue. FBCC (Foothills British Car Club) members have always been strong supporters of this show, however this year it comes on the same weekend as our overnight trip, the FBCC annual overnight trip is the club president's gig, this year I'm president, i purposelt palnned my trip to avoid the Autumn in the Mountain date, but when they resheduled it conflicted with our trip. We'll have a few members attending, but this year will be a record turnout for the overnight trip, look like we're going to have 33 folks going and 17 LBCs. We going to Dillsboro, NC, which includes a 112 miles trip up thru the Pisgah National Forest and the Blueridge Parkway, should be a hoot. These are my favortie types of outings because it's more about driving than showing.
OK, in closing I got a interesting call last week form a lady who is a key orginaizer of the Scotish Games held at Furman University in Greenville, SC, he wants to have a all British car show next year. The Scotish games are like the forst weekend in June, and it's a pretty big event. She palnns on promoting the holy crap out of this, and want to get the show up to 200 cars. No doubt the Scotish Games would make for a very intersdting venue for a British car show.
