Is there a fix for worn door hinges. I see Moss has new ones for $224.99. Ouch! Anyone have a cheaper solution?

Get a decent machine shop to drill and ream the pin oversize. Fit new pins made from a stock silver steel. Simples.

Too bad your not near Louisville. We could "git er done" for a couple of 6 pacs in my shop. Even $110.00 seems steep.

Duane, Thanks for the links. The guy on ebay has the right idea. I've got a press and a media blast cabinet, so i'm gonna give it a try myself. It appears that it is only the aluminum half of the hinge that wears. I've got a good machine shop that can drill out the holes for some new bushings. Since I've got 4 hinges that need refurbishing, I know I can do it myself for a lot less than the guy on ebay charges.
