Saw that a while ago. And GregW posted a link to it in the Photography group, too (Page 2). Well worth the time to watch. Shul's book has become "Unobtanium" as far as price is concerned.
RSO Conrad Seagroves lived in our area for years before he was taken by cancer. He retired as a Colonel. Had some great conversations with him.

The cause of death, in a hospital, was cardiac arrest, said his sister and sole survivor, Maureen Shul, a former mayor of Castle Pines, Colo. He had earlier collapsed as he finished regaling the annual gala of the Nevada Military Support Alliance with his aerial adventures.

Sad to hear of his passing. All of those guys were amazing individuals for their time. Another bunch of folks of caliber were the Misty guys: "Fast FAC." Burt Rutan was one.

I have a brand new “Vision of Eagles EAA” hat signed by Burt Rutan that I got from attending an EAA dinner celebrating the Voyager aircraft. Burt along with Jeana Yeager piloted the Voyager non-stop around the world. I’m saving the hat to give to my grandson one day.

I have a personalized autographed book (actually I got it personalized for my son, but he keeps it here), "Voyager" from back in the day when he was a guest speaker at a Dining Out wife and I attended.

I had it wrong, the hat was personally signed by Dick Rutan and not his brother Burt.
