Tried to get on the site yesterday, and it kept timing out. It's the only site that's doing this. Today it's very slow, almost to the point of timing out, as yesterday and the past couple of days; it's been trial and error. I've tried numerous sites, and they are all very fast. Any clues as to why the BCF is so slow to respond?

Intermittent here. I'm sure it'll clear up, per usual.

I experienced the same issue this morning at 6:15 am EST.

Still happening now.

Just talked to Basil - he's on it.

Seems to be loading ok for me now but I have a ticket open with data center. Not sure what's going on but seems to be a problem somewhere inside the data center based on MTR

Me Too! Hope it stays that way.

👍 Here too.

Just got this email fro my data center. This could explain things:

Hello,

We are currently experiencing an incident regarding our MIA1, TPA1, and TPA2 Data Centers. One of the transport providers between these sites has reduced redundancy. At this time we expect no issues; however, our Networking team is working on identifying the cause of the reduced redundancy and pursuing remediation.

Details:
- Incident Type: Transport Provider Link Down
- Location: MIA1, TPA1, TPA2
- Impact: None expected at this time
- Time Detected: 2026-09-11 18:02 UTC
- Current Status: Our Network Operations team is actively investigating and working to restore full redundancy as quickly as possible.

Next Steps:
- No action is needed on your end unless you are experiencing a network issue.
- We will provide updates every two hours until the issue is resolved.

We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we work to restore full redundancy.

Best Regards,
Operations Team

Here’s hoping:

“Resolution: Hello, we have been informed by our upstream provider that the issue is resolved and all traffic is flowing normally. We are closing this incident. Please let us know if you have any questions.”

Thanks for your follow up.

It’s pretty slow right now

It seems fine now 👍

Sometimes early in the AM it might slow a little for a short period as it does CRON jobs in the background. Just a guess.
So you’re saying it’s like me…. A little slow in the early morning

Just had some slowdown. When opening a photo attachment, it locks for about 10 seconds. Photos that don't require any actions don't slow a page opening though.
