Hey folks,

I feel like a little kid at Christmas with a million questions.

How easy or hard would it be to replace the front shocks? I have moderate skills and moderate tools......ha ha ha

What model car? On the E Types and the series 1,2,3 sedans and the XJS is isn ot hard. ONe some of the latter XJ^'s, there is a hydraulic system and it boecomes more complicated.

Keef, buy the Factory Service and Parts Manual CD for your model year and you will find out how to do these kinds of repairs step-by-step and therefore, properly. Just buy tools as needed, you don't need expensive tools. (note: do not buy a Haynes Manual, those are a joke!).

the Factory CD is cheaper than a tank of gas and will last you a lot longer than a tank of gas.

Told ya I was like a kid at Christmas. It's a 1992 XJ6. That web site is alil confusing. Do you think they would carry those at the dealership or at a book store?
