You could'a moved here & bought the house next door to me...thewy just finished a complete redo & have it listed around $280,000...3 story on couple acre lot!

Thanks Tony, it costs a wee bit more here in the city. Four family, Two car garage, private beach community, three blocks from beach and two from public trans. Brick building fully detached.
