I already know which one sips wine while watching humming birds fight over the feeder and which one sucks down CAB while wandering around in chili-pepper skivvies and flip-flops! That tells me most of what I need to know!

They do, or at least most do. Here you can "ignore" a user. You can see that they posted but their post doesn't show up. It works pretty well.

There's a script that works with other forum software that completely hides specific users, almost to the point that you can't even tell they exist. Their posts and quotes from their posts (usually anyway) disappear.
