Rebuilding a Metal Lathe

I want to put new bushings in the head stock of a Star lathe. My brother-in-law tried to turn a large piece of wood and jammed the headstock. At last measure the headstock is out .007" and this is not acceptable. I think I need new babbit bearings but need to find a place that knows what they are doing.

WOW!! Fantastic. I didn't think to Google Babbitt and this sight shows everything. Looks like I can do this. I cast my own bullets so I have the smeltering pot.
