Its Tuesday.... Where is my entertainment?

There is no way anyone could put a "new" pair of SU's on for the first time and not have some sort of problem. It took me 6 months to get mine spot on.

We ought to be good for 10 more pages at least.

Ya'll are messed up. I don't get up til 6-6:15.

Loaded Emma on the dolly, Chuck's leaving in an hour to take her to John's shop to put the SUs in.

I haven't driven her in a month.

It's snowing.

Nothing's going wrong with the install. Right?

This John's shop must be some place if it installs SUs or even knows what they are.

I was in an Auto Zone yesterday. Guess the place makes money but I never saw so much bolt on junk in my life. For example steering wheels of many types as long as you like em ugly. Think I will find a new place to hang out.
 
Will this be the post to pop it into 20 pages? Won't know till I post it. Anyway, I've found pretty much the same thing about chain parts stores. The old stores I grew up in just aren't around anymore. It's nearly impossible to get anything beyond buying oil and air filters out of those guys these days.

Ya'll are padding my thread.

"John's shop" is our friend's shop, HiTech Collision. www.themgdoc.com (check it out) John specializes in LBCs & restorations. He's doing our bodywork/painting. And he offered to help walk Chuck through putting the SUs in Emma.

DH just left with Emma. Any bets how long it's going to take? It's a 30-40 minute drive to John's shop, depending on traffic.
 
I only show that we're on page 13...I must have my settings so that it shows more replies per page or something.

Oh, now that guy does some great body work and yep I bet he knows something about SUs.
 
That's why John is the only person that's going to touch Binabox or Emma. He's amazing. You check out that V8 MGA Jack? SWEET car.
