As the title says- does a Midget Zenith carb and an MGB Zenith carb have the same mounting bolt spacing? I am thinking about putting an HS4 on a friend's '79 MGB and don't have an MGB manifold to measure (here).

Not sure about the B but the ZS and the HS4 do not have the same bolt spacing - but it is only 20 minutes to adapt the HS4 with a file

Most likly not as the Midget ZS has a 1.5 inch throat and the MGB ZS has an 1.75 inch Throat. Also, the Midget ZS is held by two studs while I belive the MGB uses four studs.
