3/8" diameter long brass drift and tap it out from the "outside." There are two undercut recesses in the casting, 180° opposite each other to allow you to tap equally for removal... the spacer tube will move around enough to allow you to do it. May want to clean the hub thoroughly with mineral spirits to see what the old grease is hiding. :wink:
